Gamifying the great outdoors to get the next generation back onto the trails. By combining AR-driven gameplay with collectible rewards and interactive tracking, I've built an experience that turns park visits into a rewarding habit. The results speak for themselves: over 2,500 beta sign-ups and a 94% success rate in motivating our target 16–26 demographic to get outside and start trekking.
